Main House - 4 bedrooms 2 bath, sleeps 8-10.

• All bed & bath linens are provided;
• Individual climate control air conditioning & ceiling fans in each room;
• Fully equipped kitchen with new refrigerator with ice-maker/ oven/microwave/dishwasher;
• Laundry room has full size washer and dryer;
• Queen hide-a-bed/sofabed and love seat;
• Satelite dish-TV in the living room and CD /radio stereo;
• Dining room decorative display case and storage cabinet;

We also offer a separate two bedroom suite, two bath Guest House. Sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children.

• Please note: there is no staircase inside the guest house; you need to reach the second floor using the outside staircase.

We are Licensed and Zoned for weekly rentals.

2. Published rates do not include the 7.5 State sales tax and 5% County tourist tax.
   
Cleaning fees: $200 for the 4 Bedroom Main House and $125 for the 2 Bedroom Suite Guest House.


We pay your docking fee at our neighborhood Marina if you bring your boat.
