Neighbors: Please be considerate of neighbors - even though they may seem distant, noise carries far. Partying during the late evening or early morning hours (11 p.m. to early a.m. hours) can be disruptive and is not permitted. Adjacent neighbors have our emergency numbers; if police or we have to be called out one time, you will be escorted from the property and no refund will be issued.

House Keys: If you lose your keys each lock at the property must be changed. This is why we deduct $75 from your security deposit. For your security, as well as the security of the property, please do not lose your keys.

A/C System: Please keep the doors and windows closed if your air conditioner is on. The air conditioning system will freeze up if it is made to work in extreme conditions to keep the house cool.

Water Usage: Water is transported by a pipeline from the mainland. Water is a commodity Key West citizens do not take for granted. Please use our water carefully.

Trash & Recycleable: Trash pickup is twice a week - Mondays and Thursdays at 7am. The City of Key West does its part to recycle and pick up is once a week on Thursdays. Again, refer to information in your unit on trash pickup days or defer to your neighbors when you see them line the streets with garbage cans and/or the blue recycling bins! We suggest putting recyclable material and trash out the night before.

CHECKING OUT: Please call us at 954-302-2822 twenty-four hours before your estimated time of departure. This ensures us ample time to schedule a security walk through and collection of keys. Monthly Rental Guests are required to launder all towels and strip the bed(s) and clean cooking utensils used. If you choose not to do this Kazigraphy, Inc. will charge you an excessive cleaning fee.

You will be charged for excessive cleaning for any of, but not limited to, the following reasons:

• dirty dishes
• any 'leftovers' or perishable food items left in unit.
• trash not placed in its appropriate receptacle.
• soiled ovens; if you spill something please be sure to clean it up.

Please note: Our vacation rentals should be fully equipped with all materials you will need for the above requirements.
