After many years of litigation the City of Key West has finally made its ruling that rentals of less than 30 days are not allowed in Key West unless the property has a transient occupational license. 

Please note that we do not rent our property less then a month. We will have to write all contracts for a 30 day time period regardless of how long you or the guest will stay in the property.  We understand that not many persons will be able to stay an entire month but may elect to rent the property anyway.  In other words, if you only want a week rental the contract would still have to be written as if you were staying an entire month and no other tenants would be able to occupy the property during those dates.  We are offering extensive discounts to guest who would stay less then a month.
